• Peer and practitioner mentorship

3. Educational Purpose Only

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All content is for educational and informational purposes only
• We do not recommend or endorse any specific investments, strategies, or financial products
• Past performance discussed in any educational context does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions
• Our mentors and educators are not licensed financial advisors unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Any examples, case studies, or hypothetical scenarios are for educational illustration only

4. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

If you enroll in a paid program:

• Payment is due upon enrollment unless otherwise specified
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments
• Need-based pricing is available upon application and approval

9. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of enrollment if you have not accessed more than 20% of the program content. Refund requests should be submitted to hello@projectcharlie.edu and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
