By accessing or using the services provided by Project Charlie ("we," "our," or "us") through our website projectcharlie.edu (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Project Charlie is a student-led educational initiative that provides:
- Structured financial literacy curriculum
- Peer and practitioner mentorship
- Community learning resources
- Educational materials and workshops

Project Charlie PROVIDES FINANCIAL EDUCATION ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, TAX ADVICE, OR LEGAL ADVICE. Nothing in our curriculum, mentorship sessions, or communications should be construed as personalized financial advice. Always consult with qualified financial, tax, and legal professionals before making financial decisions.
3. Educational Purpose Only
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- All content is for educational and informational purposes only
- We do not recommend or endorse any specific investments, strategies, or financial products
- Past performance discussed in any educational context does not guarantee future results
- You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions
- Our mentors and educators are not licensed financial advisors unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Any examples, case studies, or hypothetical scenarios are for educational illustration only
4. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

8. Payment Terms
If you enroll in a paid program:
- Payment is due upon enrollment unless otherwise specified
- All fees are non-refundable unless stated in our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments
- Need-based pricing is available upon application and approval
9. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of enrollment if you have not accessed more than 20% of the program content. Refund requests should be submitted to hello@projectcharlie.edu and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content
- Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT CHARLIE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MENTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any financial losses resulting from decisions you make
- Any damages arising from your reliance on our educational content
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project Charlie and its officers, directors, employees, mentors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct harmful to other users or the Service
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Project Charlie regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
